Price check (PC) Double rare Lotus Raksa

Hi guys, according to the "Kubrow Value Guide" the price range for this kubrow is 500-700p.
What do you think, can I sell it at the lower or the upper range of this price corridor?
Your opinion would help me a lot. Thanks in advance!

personally I have sold kubrow just like this for the 500/600p mark.
