can chat how Asian languages?

Because of my region I have been getting Chinese (as in China) players come into the game. In the squad chats they are saying something but it only shows up as **** or ********.

Either they are swearing or using foul language and its being filtered out, or they are using Chinese and since i am using the English version, their text does not display. Can this be fixed? Is there a setting that allows me to chat with them?

I think, in my own Experience.. they're using their Chinese (Keyboard) Language and since you're in English Language, the words come out as asterisk or sometimes squares.
