*Zaeed chuckles* "Too hot my dear?, you kown, you need to blow it before you put it in your mouth" *He says sarcastically, he begins to eat his Jellyfish* "Humm..by the void, this is a nice start, stings your tongue, but it adds such spice!"

"Indeed." Baro says.

Sam tries some of the escargot and manages to choke it down. She eyes the caviar warily and takes a small portion.

"This."she says after swallowing it. "I do not hate this."

She looks at the rest of the appetizers and straightens her back, trying to appear more ladylike.

"I do declare." She says. "I cannot fathom why you gentlemen enjoy such dreadful dishes."

Her tone is adorably exaggerated.

"Quite the lady." Baro says. "But you chose the wrong fork. The ceramic one is for the caviar. Silver reacts and changes the taste."

"For who are you doing this?" Simon asked. "On what authority?"

"A small group of humans, and I think one tenno, who seek only to create an organized government for after wartime.  Its called the Sapiens Court, and was made by me.  So, I suppose that I am acting under my own authority.  And don't worry, I won't try that hard to make you change your ways, if I need to."  The faintest tapping sound can be heard, like carbon fibers against metal.  Max simply smiled at his description.

"Surprisingly that is our goal as well." Simon says. "And we are well on our way to achieving it. You are welcome to take a look around. With an escort of course."

Scanners play over the ship looking for any contraband or hidden compartments.

The scanners would find none, and would even find that the infested door is perfectly clean.  There is the sound of the rift being opened.  "Pardon me sir, but my rift walk systems seem to have, malfunctioned."  Max sighs, and the tapping grows louder, then stops.  "Also, if there is any sort of warframe and cephalon repair station, I would like access to it.  I will pay, if need be."

The rail powers up.

"I'd imagine an old frame or weapons." Baro says. "The Tenno seems to care little for much else. But beyond that I cannot say. I have seen more Tenno practicing with the Valkyr frame, but they may just be venting stress."

Fluffles pretended to be aloof. He flicked his tail and burned away as if to say "Don't flatter yourself dear."

He was not entirely sucessful.

He pressed another button and a larger tray appaered. He began to chow down watchcignthe preceedinngs with a detached air.

"Then we formally request all information and tech you are willing to share regarding the Conversion process." Felicity says. "We will hold off on asking for those with memories until we have a way to study them. Any scientists you wish to station here would be welcome to work in our labs with us."

Ryoko nodded.

"For now we will let that remain our sole joint venture." He says. "We will see how our departments work together and generate a list of projects we could branch into. I'm sure you understand General, but we have our own projects, as you have yours. In fact I believe Luc is looking forward to demonstrating one of them."

Luc nods.

"It seems we have an agreement." Melanie says. "Now you have something to mention, and we shall listen."

Teloch nodded slightly at that conclusion.

"A recent advance in one of our projects made the idea of limited garrison placement audible and appropriate. Some of you may know about our policies in compilating the body of the regular staff. Just like in case of your project, the success rate of our candidates is lower than we would like it to be. It led us to the conclusion that an intermediate "transition" program for those candidates who wish to become regulars but feel unprepared to carry our normal burden might be relevant. In light of the fact that we will try to establish a new corps - the expeditional one - future participants will be able not only to grow from mercenaries to regular soldiers but also to master the new line of service, and, in perspective, to become officers of the new corps. We do have alternative locations for garrison deployment, but the strategic value of this particular colony coupled with its remoteness and a number of troubles in security sphere makes it the best option so far. Among pros that you would receive is the better ability to choke the local security emergencies, better means of communication and additional transport routes with our force, ability to offer missions in your space for our troops, new civilian jobs that would come with the necessity to provide services for new infrastructure objects and deployed personnel. Cons would be standard: the territory provided to our garrison will be a sovereign territory of our army; plus, additional personnel always increases the risk of administrative commotions with the local populace. Of course, we'd try to press this risk to the absolute minimum"

The rail powers up.

The limbo walks over to the nav console, and detaches the landing craft; a prisma mantis.  It follows the rail to the landing platform, and then Johnathan walks out to make his introduction.  "Greeting, dear pepperonies!  I am Johnathan 0-3, humble butler to the great Mamba Derpy!" His voice is a slightly exaggerated english accent.  Max follows behind him, head hung low.  He has a burgundy shirt with a silver tie beneath his dark, thin pinstripe suit.  He wears dark black glasses that are just big enough to cover his eyes, and holds a white stick in his hands.  "Johnathan, just stick to calling me sir."  "Indubitably, sir."

((Gonna need descriptions of smells and sounds.  Visual descriptions will still apply, just with less value))

Melanie nods to the pros, but looks concerned at the mention of sovereignty.

"You would still be bound by Phenix law when outside your walls." Melanie says. "Even the Tenno council is. We would need to discuss possible legal scenarios."

A human soldier in archaic ballistic armor nods.

"Captain Holly Tanis." She says. "Leader of the Dex Peacekeepers."

She nods to a station.

"Cephalon and frame repair are over there." She says.

"Obviously, chairman Melanie, why else would I mention us trying to eradicate the chance of our operatives causing administrative troubles?" He smiled, amused by the fact that this woman still fails to catch his absolutely straightforward statements sometimes "We do not need any control over things that don't belong to us and causing a power struggle is the last thing you should expect from our side. Still, there are a lot of law details that should be settled down, also, I would like to have a word with you and my subordinates in private"

"Maurice?" Melanie asks.

"I will draw up a charter and formulate some scenarios for consideration." She says.

Melanie looks around the room.

"Perhaps we should address that before moving on." She says. "It seems there are others who have some business to discuss."

She motions to a side room.

Ryoko, Felicity, and Alan stand close discussing something. Ryoko seems excitable, and Alan seeems wary. He puts his hand on Ryoko's shoulder.

"I may not play at being ancient." Ryoko says. "But I am not so young that even you can call me child."

Alan withdraws his hand.

The automated station projects a interface for use.

"And you are blind." Holly says. "I suppose you will be asking a list of questions."

Se leads you away from the pad.

Teloch gestured to Therese and Ulf to get to da choppa room. Before following, he glanced at his overgrown cat just to find out that she's was busy with her favorite venture. Therese went with a confident gait; Ulf sloppily walked in, like a hungover bear.

"No. Just simple ones, like asking someone to verbaly describe a location instead of just saying 'over there'. Unless you are talking about my business, in which case, still no. I will observe the people, and see how much, synergy, is present."  He smiles at his own little pun. Johnathan seems to have the station undercontrol, for now. "Say, I dont think you caught my name."

The door slides down and a nosie canceling field covers it.

Melanie moves so that she stands with her back to the door. Even in the presence of allies it did not do to develop bad habits.

"There." She says. "We have some measure of privacy."

Outside Fluffles finishes his dish and mewls. When no one responds he rolls over and mewls again. Luc steps over, the floor creaking quietly under his weight, and scratches his belly.

Felicity and Ryoko now both Dave Alan who seems to be advocating some sort of more cautious approach to the dilemma.

"People get along." She says. "As well as they can with Tenno walking the streets."

She says the word like they are mythical beasts.
