[Linux] Launcher crashing with latest patch

Was playing just fine earlier today but with the new patch the launcher crashes and relaunches, crashes and relaunches, over and over again... Anyone had any luck with making this work?

The only thing I seem to be able to do which effects anything at all is changing the WINE version, but if I set it to anything newer than XP it just makes things worse.

Linux isn't officially supported, so DE can't help with that.

That is true. That's why I posted this in the "Players helping Players" forum.

Well... ultimately I did resolve this, but only by uninstalling everything and then re downloading the whole 10+ GB. Apparently it's only the updating function that doesn't work. Maybe there's a way to make this easier (I'm looking at that network install option...), but in the meantime I can play again. Which is nice.
