Spira Prime & shuriken achievements

Spira Prime is classified as a throwing dagger, which means it should be linked to the shuriken proficiency/mastery achievements, but ranking it up over the last week didn't trigger those at all. It's a secondary weapon, which means it may be linked to the pistol achievements (which I had already completed), but so are all of the other thrown weapons that are described by the shuriken achievement text.
