Can't see players in Relay (PC)

Ever since the update that brought the new dark weapon, I can't see players at Maroo's or the Mercury relay. It says calm or busy, yet not a soul around. I can still do public  match making for alerts or various missions. I haven't changed any settings, personally. I can still see trade chat as well. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem or has a solution. Thanks for your time.

Different relay "instance" + sometimes you are the only one who have joined the mentioned instance

I always ensure it is maroo's 1 that is picked. I have never encountered this problem except in the last few days. I can see relay chat, but nobody is present in the market area. Maybe I'm just getting bad luck with the instance. It never says empty, but it is quite empty.

I have the same problem but I know the reason why it is like that at my place.

 

My best guess is to check your ports.
