Earth Sabotage droptables probably bugged

So the Earth sabotage node, Mariana, seems to have 3 rotations working differently than other sabotage missions, which only need you to find 3 caches.
However, it's a game mode the community seems to completely forget/neglect, and there's no guide whatsoever on how to obtain the said items in each rotation, so I got the idea of exploring it and got a few people to help me. We gathered different extracts for antitoxins and testing the sabotage, matching the results with droptables online, and taking care to repeat if there was any ambiguity (say item X belongs to rotation A and B, we run the mission twice or more, to be certain what pool is used):

• Using nothing, or a weak antitoxin: AAAA (Rotation A from the mission reward, and each cache.)
• Using a medium antitoxin, or a strong one: AABB (A from the mission and the 1st cache, B from the other caches)
• Now the right assumption would be that the best tier, AABC, would be using the best antitoxin, Vermillion. We did use one, and got a AABB roll.
• So we came to the conclusion that it needs more than one Vermillion antitoxin (which also implies it's impossible to get a rotation C solo), and used 4 Vermillions in the same mission. Again, we got AABB. With the most powerful combination available in the game.

Seeing as some people said that they obtained built forma (and it only drops in rot C), could the drops be bugged? Could they always have been like this, using weird algorithms that ignore the antitoxin used? If so, it could be a waste of a good way to get forma.
