0 VKhaun Posted June 17, 2016 Share Posted June 17, 2016 (edited) Blind Justice is a 30% chance to drop from the stalker, so overall I would just say to stay marked for death and you should have a stance in short order, assuming you can defeat the stalker. Aside from that, Phobos is where the other two stances overlap. Decisive Judgement can drop from Arid Heavy Gunners and Tranquil Cleave can drop from Arid Butchers.
