To keep it short, can someone in possession of the necessary hysteria mods (narrow minded, fleeting expertise, streamline specifically) tell me their average energy per second drain at 100% ramp as of this patch? I have maximum level narrow minded, fleeting, and streamline and was getting peacemaker (worse than, actually) levels of drain with no enemies present in the simulacrum (5-6 EPS) (This is with the abilities tab saying a base of 0.63 EPS)
If there has been a nerf in the patchnotes I apologize (I must've missed them). I need to make sure if this is a bug, and if not; what I should be building her towards now?
