E3 2016 Digital Ticket Humble Bundle

I've recently bought this bundle were the Warframe key it's included but when I'm trying to use my promo code it says it's invalid. I tried first off all to insert it at Store>Buy Platinum> Promo Code, then at STORE> Promo Codes. It doesn't work. 

It's there another part where I can introduce codes or I need to contact support for more help?

No, just post exactly what you posted here with a few tweeks, to direct it towards support. If they ask for it, that when you give it to them.
