As for OP, if you only want these two keys, and none other T3 keys, you might want to do more research on the wiki to find the node that only gives capture and exterminate as nowadays most nodes give out keys from a specific tier or two tiers, such as Lua which only gives T1 keys or Hieracon which gives out T3 and 4. If you're fine with farming other keys in addition to exterminate and capture keys, then I would go to Hieracon. There's also the option of trading the keys you don't want from Hieracon for T3 capture and exterminate, although I doubt you'll have much success.
