Faster Melee Transition From Single Sidearms

I think it might be worth considering to make the transition from a single pistol to a single sword faster than that of a rifle to a sword. Maybe if you have a free hand it would be easier to whip out your sword. Just a thought.

That could be ideal....

 

Such as if you have a heavy weapon or gun it takes longer to switch *Seconds*

Whereas if you have a single pistol and a dagger switching should be no problem.

Making a switch time stat gives additional balancing options. It would sure help balance DW weaponry, that's for sure. Sounds great.
