App login connection prevents acquiring rewards (etc.) in game

Hi, It's quite usual, that I have to "terminate the other connection" every time I log into the game after using the app (android if that matters), but today I've lost 1 hour of T4 Survival rewards because of it.
I was doing a survival with randoms and blue potato alert appeared, so I checked the app for how long the alert will be available. When I was leaving after 60 mins mark I got the message about unsuccessful account information update, then I appeared in the orbiter without rewards nor the affinity, group disbanded. I had to logout and login again to be able to do anything at all.

I think this behaviour should be changed.
(Paralel connection? Automatic override?)

I'm sorry if there is similar thread, I couldn't find any.
