Obliterator2 Posted September 23, 2013 Share Posted September 23, 2013 I know this is an old topic, but if anyone still has this problem, I found that disabling the auto vsync fixes it. I was down to 20fps in heavy amounts of enemies, and since disabling it, I have to cap the framerate at 120 to stop my gpu fan running extremely loud :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Saenol Posted October 6, 2013 Share Posted October 6, 2013 CPU usage % you see in Task Manager, and most other programs, is a total for all logical CPUs. If you have many logical CPUs, you can easily see a low percentage, while simultaneously maxing out one core/thread and thus being completely CPU limited.
