My puppy is in need of surgery, but we're basically scraping the barrel for being able to get him it. He's got a paralyzed larynx and needs the surgery to be able to breathe normally again. We had a close call last Friday, any panic attacks could lead him to die from suffocation, but so far the meds we have to keep him calm and reduce any flare up is working.
