Cephalon Simaris Quest

Hi tennos, 
I got a problem with the cephalon's quest. I got to find and scan 3 arid elite lancer.
After some research i saw that they were on phobos mission but now, phobos is Corpus. The quest says that i need to do Hellas on Mars, but after 10 times, still no arid elite lancer in sight. 
So where can i find them please? I'm stuck with that stupid quest ! :(

I just had a bunch of them show up on mars. AS they said in the patch notes Mars and Phobos tile sets have been swapped.

 

Be aware the patch is less than a a day old so much of the wiki and other resource pages will not yet be up to date. Patch notes is the best reference at the moment.
