Need's a cancel production button.

Now, I don't consider my self a whiner, but I for one think that it's a bad idea not to have one of those.

After grinding to get somethings to make a system for a warframes systems, I accidentally made a completely different warframes subsystem because I apparently picked it up from the boss I just defeated and couldn't cancel it, leaving me with a part I can't use and a lot of resources short.
