Mastery Level Rewards

A thought sprung to my mind to try and keep newer players in the game;

 

Every time mastery level goes up, why not give players a small reward of some sort? I'm not saying a potato. Okay maybe a potato. Or parts of a potato. But the point is, small free things keep F2P players in the game, and the more players stick around, the better the community is.

 

Case: Dota2 - every time you play enough games such that your Dota2 Rank goes up, you get a free cosmetic item roll in their loot tables. Certainly keeps some of their F2P players around.

 

Anyway, just off the top of my head.

Not the rewards specifically, but you will be rewarded for gaining Mastery rank (probably simple things such as credits but we don't know yet).

im hoping its something "permanent". potatoes would be nice but id love it if it was more interesting. possibly even stuff you can only get that way.

Did not see that part did they say what the rewards will be? also what if you are a high tier?
