Market issue

Ok... so I'm trying to buy the prime vault pack.  But for some reason that, the Vauban pack, and the Prestige pack V all say Please wait... !  I've tried re-booting the game. Restarted the xbox.  Even power cycled it.   Any ideas why they won't let me give them my money?

Well if anyone is having this trouble later... cause so many people jumped at the chance to help here (faceplam), If xbox live market place isn't loading then you won't be able to purchase anything through in game that requires actual money.
