FPS Drop while zoom - ing in on planet!

Hi awesome community of Warframe.

As stated in topic's name, I have a huge fps drop in performance while selecting a planet. This has been hapenning ever since the latest update came (new expansion), dunno if there ill be a hoftix or something for this but, it is frustrating when your game drops from 45 - ish fps to 10 - 12 FPS and that's only when zoom - ing in on planet.

If I put all the settings on low and if I turn every extra option in display tab it does not help. but only it raises fps while in game + while I am on ship.

Model: Dell 3521 (laptop)
Graphic's card: Intel HD 4000 and AMD HD 7670M
Processor: Intel Core i3, @1.80 Ghz
