July 14 hotfix - unable to complete multiple junction missions after killing specter

To recreate, go to:

Navigation > Earth > Mars Junction > kill specter

Navigation > Earth > Venus Junction > kill specter

After killing the specter, nothing happens. I can run around the junction and the intense music plays, but the only option I have is to exit the junction by either pressing the Esc key or going to my ship and pressing the X key. When standing at the place to activate (press X) the path to said planet, there is no prompt to press X to advance and complete the junction mission.

When I look at mission progress, it shows 1 kill and no item rewards. I've completed other junction missions with no problem prior to the July 14 hotfix. These planets were all completed prior to the Specters of the Rail update, so thankfully this issue is not keeping me from getting to any planetds yet.

I've attempted these junction missions multiple times with no success. I tried restarting the game and trying again afterward with no success.

I've had the same issue with Venus Junction right after I kill the specter. I do kill it in one shot if that makes a difference.
