I think ear comes with a definite face which it is commonly known as head type.

This is correct. There are only 4 possible heads for kavats, the reason we mention the ears when trading imprints is because those are the most prominent feature and easily identifiable.

1. Persian head with short ears

2. Fennec Fox ears (the middle long rounded ones)

3. Ball ears (the long ones, ending in a ball)

4. Tufted or Feathered Ears (the ones with the fuzzy parts near the tips)
