Pluto Junction.

Hello everyone, im struggling to complete the pluto junction. I've completed 2 missions and im missing the 3rd one which says "intercept 3 signals at caelus on uranus" i've completed this mission twice but its not completed in the junction.. any ideas? i need the answer asap please!

You have to stay in one mission for at least 3 rounds is what it means, not complete it 3 times.
