Clan emblems

This more than likely gets asked pretty often but I was told it was probably the best place to find someone who can make emblems. I'm just looking for someone who knows how to or can give me some tips on where I can make my own if that works better. I'm not looking to have something too crazy just a simple idea I have for my small clan.

My clan is called Lostt but you don't have to incorporate the name in the emblem if you don't want to and my clan colors are black, white and green. The emblem can be black and white if it's easier to make like that. I just want something like a cyborg skull. If this isn't too much I'd appreciate it.
