Artifact Mission **** Up !

I've done the second artifact alert mission ,and from the reward table , i saw the artifact was there , my rank was 18 ( from 14 ) . But when i went to the main screen .. i saw my rank was 14 and no artifact , everything was just like the time before i did the alert mission @@ :((  For me it's very hard to do the mission and the artifact's very rare  so i feel so regret about it :(( Please do something

So you did the Alert and didn't receive the reward?

 

Are you sure you clicked the Alert and not the mission the Alert is on?

Ouch. It seem's like this has happened to several people so far.

Sending a Ticket to Support should help good luck.

Also pretty sure if he Saw the Artifact in the Reward's table it means he did it.

Going from 18-14 also proves this is a bug in the system.

maybe your connection went down before it could update your rewards/experience?

a ticket to support is indeed the best option

Same thing happened to me. I have no faith DE would do anything to make up for it, the most I can hope for is they make an official statement saying they fixed it and its ACTUALLY fixed :)

I know this is late, but has anyone else got a similar problem while doing normal alerts with rewards? I once lost a potato just like this :(
