[Warframe Questions] Mirage and Sayrn

I was wondering if any has ever tried this out...

Mirage's Eclipse ability grants a % of weapon damage to herself - and with Total Eclipse augment you can give this buff to allies. People have said that you can give Excalibur this buff and his Radial Javelins will deal more damage because they physical damage. Has anyone tried out if Mirage gives this buff to Sayrn and she uses her Spores on her Molt and then breaks it with Toxic Lash, if the spore damage when they broke deal more damage because she had the Eclipse buff. 

I was just curious about this interaction and wanted to know if other people knew this answer. I wouldn't imagine this wouldn't be how it worked because your melee weapon damage doesn't modify (at least I font think it does) the damage on the spores - so I would imagine buffing your weapon damage wouldn't do anything either to the damage of the spores.

If an ability does physical damage, it can buff it from what i know.
