Bad Medallion Spawnpoint

I found a spawn point for a medallion that is impossible to pick up. It may seem like you can get to it, but there's an invisible wall that keeps you from picking up the medallion. There might be more like this, but this is the only spawn point I've run into of the sort.

I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this problem too.

I ran into this one that had an invisible wall too. I've also encountered a few others on the same tileset that can't be reached.
