Warframe crashing

This has been happening to me for a while. Sometimes when I do things like open the star chart, press the leave squad button or open any interface, my game completely freezes and I have to exit it. The problematic part is, that it won't start again. When I launch it from steam, it says running, it shows in the task manager, but not on my desktop.

Now this CAN be temporarily fixed by pressing the Windows button+R and typing steam://flushconfig and restarting my computer. This lets me launch the game again, but it just crashes again.

I've tried verifying my local game files, but every time it says: (usually a number between 40 and 50) files are missing and will be reacquired. The download is 10.9 GB big and doesn't fix anything.Verifying from the launcher tells me that everything is as it should be.

Anyone got any idea how I can stop my game from crashing?
