Grulos
I definitely can tell a difference. What do you expect it to do? Edited June 23, 2013 by Grulos
Xoxile
What rank do you have it at, and what weapon are you using it on?
Alohoe
it is maxed. and normally it seems way faster. ive tried it on dual ethers and zoren and everything seems the same with or without as far as swing speed. like i said i could just be nuts. Xoxile
Try it on something slower. It works, but when using it on something that is really fast it's hard to notice.

Qynchou
Lower framerates prevent high attack speed.
Rhorge
The formula is (base swing speed) x 1/(mod value) = (new swing speed) therefore fast weapons will not be as visible. So a maxed fury would turn 1 second attack animation into 0.625 seconds, so the 60% increase in attack speed is technically a 37.5% decrease in the length of the attack. Grabehn
It improves the weapons base swing as said above, so don't expect light speed attacks from each and every weapon out there.
Alohoe
tried on hate and its night and day. all this bs just try and figure out why im not getting the distance on spin attack launch on dual zorren. I thought fury wasn't working. It definitely is. so i guess im just losing my mind. i dunno, thanks for the input guys.

Keep in mind, if you are using melee with Kunai/Despair equipped as your current weapon, your swing speeds will be slightly slower than they should if using maxed Fury. The same thing happened to me when I was making a GramSpam Build.

The same thing happened to me when I was making a GramSpam Build. Is that intended or is it a bug ? I don't see why my secondary should slow my melee swings :/

It also makes female warframes hold two handed weapons with one hand, from what I have been told.
