ok i posted about this a few days ago and i got replies that draco is best for it and it comes on 20 minute mark and i just ran 2 dracos stayed till 28 mins but no manic is this a bug or something

The best way to farm manic is to build your frames and try to do a law of retribution raid.

Any survival should do, Maniacs tend to spawn (at least for me) 15 minutes or so in

Manics are supposed to spawn at the 15 min mark in mid-tier missions

 

But if you want an actually efficient way to get them, here's 2 ways:

1 (Better): Do The Law of Retribution (Trial, 4-8 players, needs teamwork and good coordination)

2: High level syndicate missions. Wait at the start, a manic will spawn soon

 

Obviously, if you are low level/new to the game then survival is your friend. But these are better ways to get them

I think is some kind of bug or change.. it begins after the update the day before yesterday they was always showing up at the mark of 15 min .. but since the update i have run draco 10 times and no Manic.....( sorry for the bad english.. not native)
