Does area level affects container loots? (Void)

I'm trying to get two specific mods: Chilling grasp and Cleanse corpus.

 

The wiki says I can get both from orokin void containers. I can, so far, do void missions connected to Neptune and Europa.

I tried doing Boxomoco (Exterminate, level 30-35) and Ani (survival, level 20-25).

I did both three times and got an average of 2 mods from containers per run. All 12 mods so far were either reach, enemy sense or thief's wit.

 

I'm asking if both areas have the same drop chance for these mods because if they are the same I can just do Ani for 20 minutes, breaking/opening all containers and at the end of the 20 minutes have a chance to get cleanse corpus and another mod I don't have but could probably use, Serration.

Level doesn't matter for those mods, but I have spares of each if you want to meet up in game and trade for them.
