ok so where does Nekros Prime parts drop, I check every Void Fissures and its not under any of the list.

Welcome to the new and "improved" Void relic system - you'll have to farm new relics whenever new primes are introduced because they add new relics instead of updating reward tables like they did with the key system.

Yeah I really don't like this new system as it requires me to grind more for stuff and I ultimately give up trying and go to the trading tab and sit there for a while.

Grind more relics plus grinding 4 - 10 missions for traces for each relic.. They really improved the grinding system.. Name will also soon be updated to Grindframe...
