Fragments giving me crap

Says i finished Derelict but i got no artwork, also I finished mars 5 friggin times and it says i still havent finished it.

 

What am i missing?

I'm not sure if you're experiencing strange problems with the fragments, but for me this is how it works:

There are multiple art for each planet and or location. You collect enough fragment for each piece of artwork, and then you will be able to view it from your codex. Once you have scanned all the fragments for a particular planet/place, then it would no longer let you scan it again.

no fragment in the derelict lets me scan it, says i completed it. I go to my ship and the art is still blurred out and the bar underneath says i havent completed anything

Further investigation through the forums, I've found out that others are experiencing this exact problems as you. I'm assuming that DE would fix it in the next update for PS4 and Xbox.
