comeonandslam
With the default controls it's very easy to accidentally roll while doing acrobatics which interrupts your flow. You can rebind it to its own key but why not put it on one that is already there but doesn't do much? God of War and other hack and slashes use this control scheme and it's very effective because both blocking and rolling are defensive actions so it makes sense having them on the same key. DarkLizalfos
That binding sounds like it locks blocking to standing still. Got any ideas for bringing up a block while already moving?
comeonandslam
Blocking while moving drains your stamina almost instantly so I'm not sure it's something we need.

lstalri
If block forced you to look in the direction that your reticule is facing, and then you could tap sprint the same way you do now (when aiming) to do you flips, I would absolutely love this feature. Not only would it make the side/back flips more accessible, but it would put blocking on the table as an actual feature of the game, not something that just got swept under the carpet.
