You may have read the description too quickly and misinterpreted the contents. It does not come with the upgrade segment, it requires one to be installed. The upgrade segment can be purchased separately for plat, dropped by hyekka masters or researched in tenno lab. The last two options, of course require it to be built, which requires an additional 10 kavat genetic codes. Good luck.
