The Invoice is already listed, but still No new Frame, Platinum or what ever, i wrote to the Support Team around 12 H ago, but still no answer, so how long does it usually takes till someone care about the issues ? One of my tickets took 3 days (I posted it late on Friday and got a reply on Monday, understandable) and the other one took 11 days but it wasn't anything important and it was during E3.
