Scan Hammer or frag prime?

About to get the heliocor next daily reset, but I looked around on warframe builder, and then saw the fragor prime.  Now It looks appealing.  

Which one should I get?

Fragor p is stronger (not in base damage but it has a higher status, crit and crit multiplier, and better channeling damage), but the heliocor can scan enemies by killing them, if you have codex scanners equipped. 

The synoid helicor has more status and some other stat increased than the helicor, but has less damage and crit chance. But kills while channeling turns them into spectres which can help you in battle for a short period of time.

Your choice what to pick really. Get fragor if you want a powerful hammer, or helicor if you want to be able to scan things without having to use a codex scanner

there's no reason to get the synoid heliocor over a jat kittag. absoultely no reason at all, if you don't have one get a jat kittag instead, if you're talking about the standard heliocor get the fragor prime instead, or better yet get the galatine prime
