Cant play warframe

When I launch warframe from steam or the no steam launcher I get the error :

Update failed!

Some content update could not be downloaded on our servers plz retry 

well its been 5 days now that I cant play and before I could play normaly I checked evreything I could find about this error but I didnt found any resaults maybe here someone could help me

Have you tried "Verifying Intergrity Of Cache" Or something along them lines? 

If you have just delete & re-install Warframe.

I tried and not once :/ from steam and from standalone version

Have you tried using a proxy
Seemed to have worked for some people that encountered this error !!!

I heared that you should disable all proxys but I havent tried yet il do it now

Yes it is nominale to disable all proxys 
but you could use it as a work around to initiate the update (if it works in the first place) once your game is up to date and you're ready to go, Disable it!!

what proxy do you advise me to use ?

There is a lot of proxies out there you can check for ones here http://freeproxylists.net/fr/
choose what ever one works best for you!!

Hiya, i've had this message before aswell when i was mucking around with my settings. Make sure that your NOT running steam or warframe as admin. I had switched mine to run as admin and as soon as i did i got the same update failed message.

Im using the standalone version tho and it isnt running as administrator but when I had the steam version ppl sayed to run it as admin so I changed it but even before I had the problem so it isnt cuz of the run as admin :(
