Coincidentally I just got QUE reserrected (AI never dies it just changes hardware) and got it again multiple times today. Happens mostly at login, I figured theyd of addressed it by now but I'm assuming at this point its an ongoing issue and/or and external ISP Partner infrastructure problem.,,,my best guess.
