help with non-english locale (especially chinese locale)

when i play warframe, i saw some chinese speak chinese as well, but when they spoke them, it only appear as ********** on me. It's just like those words are heavily filtered as profanity. However, the profanity filter does not responsible for that.

 

is there a way to make those chinese letters visible properly on chat?
