I was trying to buy a gift to my friend though his wishlist and accidentally get this skin for myself, because community made skins can't be gifted, but can be wishlisted.
I have no use for this skin and if I won't be able to refund it, then at least disable wishlist option on community made stuff, so this accident won't be repeated by someone else.
