Rhino Helmet

I am trying to get all parts to build the Rhino by farming Jackal. But he never drops the helmet.

- Is there an alternative way to get the helmet?

- Is it even true, that I can build the Rhino if I have chassis, systems and helmet? Or do I have to buy the blueprint and build it with chassis, systems and neuroptik (and orokin cell, that i dont know how to get :)

The term helmet has been replaced with neuroptics. If you've been farming the jackal and just haven't gotten it yet, then it's just bad RNG. Keep trying, it'll pop up eventually.

The only other way to get rhino is buy it with platinum on the market. If you buy rhino's blueprint off the market, then it will tell you what is needed to build the full frame. But yes, as a rule, all frames require a neuroptics, chassis, and system.

As for where to get what resources, the warframe wiki is a good place to look it up, or look on your star chart, it shows what resources drop where. I'd recommend Saturn for orokin cells if you're a new player.
