How do i get void relic refinement

I beat mars junction but i didnt get the refinement reward

Looks like you're on PC, too: If you've beaten a junction, sat down and started up the rail and all that jazz, and didn't get your drops? Log out, and log back in. Make sure the junction is still cleared on your map, and you SHOULD have your items waiting for you. You have to 'physically' plug it in to activate the station, to boot.

If that doesn't work first, and the junction is still clear when you re-load into the junction proper, it's time to submit a ticket.

Did you receive any other reward after completing all the Mars Junction goals and defeating the Frost Specter on Earth? Can you check if you received the quest: The Archwing, Fragor Blueprint, a Lith S1 Relic and 25 Codex scanner.

Everything thing but the fragorblueprint and void refine segment

I completed all the tasks and the junction didn't get a void refind segment keep going to junction and keep getting nothing its annoying
