So mods like Blood Rush, or Weeping Wounds, are useless if i use melee while have the primary equipped? ... or there is another logic behind this mods? 0 NeoSmile Posted October 16, 2016 Share Posted October 16, 2016 a stance combo is only active when melee is equipped the melee combo counter is based around melee hits (including quick melee) in a certain time so blood rush crit boost works with quick melee (when yo have your primary/secondary equipped) but crimson dervish damage boost does not hope this helps :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
