Game Needs A "heroic" Type Difficulty Level Selection

Game really would benefit from a WoW style "Heroic" type difficulty level selection. Designed for max level frames with max mods, this difficulty would make all systems have high level mobs and bosses level 70-100+. These higher level mobs and bosses should also have some additional abilities that make fighting them more interesting/challenging.

To go along with this higher challenge would be heroic loot. Maybe new heroic/supercharged mods. Existing mods that feature higher stats or maybe even additional passive bonuses/abilities not found on the regular mod.

The bosses would have separate loot tables from one another, dropping different specific items.
