hey my game wont start

I would normally go to support but i know it'll take days before i get an answer, and the question is simple :D

I just reformatted my computer and when i went to install warframe it installed it but its missing a program that didnt install when i installed warframe

network frame works or something like this, I cant remember but i know warframe needs it, so i'd be really happy to install it if i could get a link or the full correct name to this program.

please i cant remember it to be honest and i cant turn the game on at all until i get it, game wont launch at all.

okay so i installed it and still not, doesnt respond the launcher launches just fine but after i click play it does goes white and stops responding and then a sec later it crashes, idk what to do it used to work just fine before i reformated

GPU driver?, Microsoft DirectX?, verify integrity from the launcher?
