0 leocww Posted November 6, 2016 Share Posted November 6, 2016 1. Complete all nodes on the planet 2. Complete all requirements stated on the Junction 3. Go into the Junction, kill the AI Specter & activate the rail thingy Make sure to do all 3, it should be available by this stage. Missing any of the step may not open new planet.
