I've been testing these procs in the simulacrum vs chargers to see if the wiki is correct.
Using Acrid, my damage over time from the toxin proc is just as the wiki suggests: 50% of total toxin damage per tick.
Using Lanka, however, I'm doing 83% of the total toxin damage per tick on a toxin proc. I modded my Lanka to do 787.5 toxin damage (malignant force and infected clip); therefore 1575 on a crit. The DoT, however, was 1312 on a crit, much more than half.
Gas procs were weaker than the wiki suggests. On a crit I did 1640 (104%) of the total toxin damage per tick, as opposed to the listed 125%.
Yes, I made sure never to land 2 shots in a row for combo bonus.
Either the wiki is wrong, my calculations are wrong, or toxin and gas procs are bugged on some pure elemental weapons.
