need help finding somthing in codex.

so, there sendo was, playing as the butterfly lady frame {in arch wing mode} scanning things, for my codex....... then a little knife butterfly thing, flys right through my codex cross-air, having the option to scan them. In 10 min later i scanned afew of the knife butterflys, and finished the misssion. where do i find those knife butterflys in my codex?

They're scannable but aren't in the codex iirc, much like syndicate companions
