No Quest Inbox Message

Guys I've  installed the update, than logged  in and there was no inbox messages,  i have met the condition to qualify for the quest. im currently going through the optimising client option to see if that works. any suggestion any one experience this problem?  thanks

accept the quest in your codex. also make sure you have actually done the sedna junction. one of its rewards is the quest itself

didn't check the codex because Megan informed "How to access this Quest: If you've completed the Sedna Junction, you will receive this quest immediately on login via Inbox message."  i have completed the Sedna Junction and second dream quest.
